Our record exactor took place 'at the London track in the seventh race when Virginia's Misty and Pen Dins Sob combined to pay 1784.00: Marcel Van Landuyt, R.R. 2, Staffa rode Claybrook Milton in the first race at Clinton Raceway on September 28. They won the race in 2:10. It is Marcel's first drive after 3 months recuperation from a broken leg. Maxine Watts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Watts has been appointed Assistant Regional Director of Huron-Perth for the Young Olympians of Canada by John McCarroll of Stratford. Maxine's duties will be to travel throughout the counties of Huron and Perth introducing the Young Olympians Program to the schools. Mrs. Mina Talbot gave the devotional and a lovely musical program was provided also by special request a beautiful duet was sung "On the Wings of a Dove". Several residents requested favourite hymns and Mrs. Jack Thompson closed with prayer. • Visitors with. Mrs. Ada Reid were Mr. and Mrs. John Wain of the Bluewater Hwy also Mrs. W.
