The Big 0 Drain Tile Company
on #4 Highway is again
expanding. Work has begun on a
new warehouse 64 feet x 88 feet
which will give them an additional
5600 square feet of space. It is to
be used for producing and storing
filter used in special application
drain tile and it is hoped that it
will be ready for use early in
September.
To make room for the
warehouse a small bungalow was
wrecked. Erected by the late Dr.
Moir in the thirties, it was first
the home of Dr. Moir's brother
and sister. Later Mr. and Mrs.
Jack "Faber lived there and
following that Mr. and Mrs.
William Hyde; Wm. Hyde will be
remembered as an "Old Time"
fiddler of local renown who won
