The planned course outline is as follows:

2. Handling the very young child (ages 0-1).
3. Beginlhing independence and identification (ages 3-5).
4. Development, behaviour, and'discipline in the middle
years (ages 6 to puberty).
5. Adolescence: years of turmoil.
6. Separation: the special dinlenslon of foster care.
7. The'relationship between Foster Parents and Agency.
8. Conclusion: Review of course, and Presentation of Afiir-
mationp from Conestoga College. r
This course will be of real value both to Foster Parents and to
all those concerned with children.
