Have you
claimed
your credit?
Even if you don't pay income taxes you may benefit from
the Ontario Government's new Property Tax Credit Plan. And
you can only apply by filing a 1972 Income Tax Return.
We've included a special mauve claim form just for that
purpose in your 1972 income tax kit. Along with an explana-
tion of the plan.
If you paid property taxes or rent last year, you may be
eligible. If you haven't received your kit in the mail, pick one
up at any post office. And send in both the tax return and the
claim form. The sooner you file, the sooner you'll receive your
benefit.
Your federal District Taxation Office will be glad to answer
any questions you might have.
The Ontario Property Tax Credit Plan. We thought of it.
But we'd like you to get the credit.

Emphysema is a hard ilisease
to live with. But emphysema clubs
can help soften the strain.
Emphysema is a chronic lung
disease that makes breathing a
struggle to survive; When the
walks of the lungs' air sacs stretch
and tear, stale air ,gets trapped
inside. People who have emphy-
sem& cannot force air out of their
lungs. Their lungs get larger and
inflated.
With advanced emphysema,
even the simplest movements --
like tying a shoelace--can be
excruciating. As activities are
restricted, living a normal life
becomes more impossible. And,
in addition to physical distress,
there are psychological
drawbacks. Many emphysema
patients give up social activi-
ties and become isolated from
the world around them.
Emphysema clubs try to
change all that. They help pro-
vide the enormous comfort of
others who know how it I. People
with the disease not only find
friends but they l4arn how to live
easier with their condition. They
find out short cuts to dressing and
doing light household chores.
They get to know how to clean
a nebulizer and do exercises
that help breathing. They learn
what kinds of medical benefits are
available to people with lung
-disease- and what, the emotional
effects of living with a chronic
illness are.

AIS WEEK'S LETTER: I al-

sure you can help me. I'm 16
years old and I went around with
this boy for several months. He is
very nice, kind, patient, andll-

derstanding: everytime we were
together I wouldn't let him touch
Me and kiss me a lot. Then he
Started saying that I must hate
him because I set the limit.Since
we breke up we haven't even
talked to each other and it's been
four months now. I really miss
him and think that I am in love
with him. Now, he flirts and goes
out with other girls. Is he doing
this just to hurt me?
OUR REPLY: Nc, he's 'trying
to find someone that goes along
with his idea of what thea ,limits"
should be. You were correct - you
have the right to set the limits.
You sound as if you are trying to
make excuses for him, but it is
best to forget this guy. He's an
"operator" using one of the old-
est tricks.
