program held on Wednesday
evening in the parrish hall with
25 tables in play. Joe Visser
was master of ceremonies for the
evening. The program came
first, followed by cards. .The
program Included songs and
guitar selections by Lynn and Ann
Albert; Step dancing by Judy
Dorsey; Teresa Hicknell gave her
public speaking speech on
"Wire," A piano selection by
Colleen Murray; 2 accordion
numbers by Joanne Swart; Songs
and guitar selections by Joanne,
Marion and PaulineJordan;MarY
Ann McIver spoke on "Tom Doo-
ley"; Piano selection by Marlyn
Murray; A song "Whatever
will be, will be" by Jean Murray,
accompanied by Marlyn Murray.
The program closed with musical
selections by the Len O'Rourke
family, Mrs. O'Rourke, Vicki,
Patti, Gall, David and Jamie.
Prizes for the Euchre were
Ladies' high, Mrs. Carmel
Malone, Seaforth; Ladies' low,
Mrs. Rita IVioylan; Men's high,
Gordon Staples; Low, Jack Mur-
phy, haforth. The Lucky cup
prize went toMrs. Mary Kroskie,
Dublin.

nized when Deborah Ann, eldest

sing-song after which Mervyn
Leonhardt made a toast to the
ladies. Mrs. Gary Josling gave
the reply.' Past President, Allan
Stem xi made the presentation of
a plaque. to last year's president,
Ken Sm'th.
Reuben Buuck thanked the

and local girls for serving.

The ceremony was perforMed
by Father J. A. Vella with Ter-
ry Pearce, brother of the bride,
acting as altar boy.9
The brides 'mother wore a
floor-length blue chiffon gown
with a corsage of pink tea roses.
The groom's mother, gowned in
a jade green velvet dress, wore
a corsage of yellow roses.
A reception was held in the
Officer's Mess with 65 guests
attending. The young couple left
for Edmonton for a short honey-
moon after Which they proceeded
to their home in Gimli, Mani-
toba where the groom is a
member of the teaching staff.
