Some 13 teams from western Ontario partici- pated in the competition for team and individual prizes. The Mit- chell team bowled the top score of 3931. In second place was a team from Strathroy with a total score of 3678. Seatorth's first team was third with a total score of 3664 and team 3, Seaforth, took fourth spot with a total score of 3491. At Dublin, the Junior Division semi final game between Im- maculate Conception School of Stratford and St. Mary's, School of Goderich was a lbw scoring competition. .1 After Goderich 'started strong with two touch- downs, Immaculate Conception held the St. Mary's squad to collect two touch-downs. Two single points through a convert by Dennis Donnelly and a kick for single point by Mike Petrie— made the difference asSt. Mary's defeated Immaculate Conception 14-12. odour and Bruce Me- Dave B lick each ran over for a touch- • down for Goderich. Immac's scorers were Paul Altenburg and Douglas Nicholson with a single, touch-down each. Next Wednesday, Goderich a meets Mount Carme 1 in the final game to be played at South Huron District 'High School campus at Exeter. „Last Friday, at Exeter, Our Lady of Mount Carmel picked up 34 points as they outran St. James Seaforth with 20 points. Single touchdowns by Steve . McCann, Jerry Brennan, Mike Marrinan, Larry Regier, gave Mount Carmel 30 points with Brian McCann, 'Derek Regier, adding single converts and Larry 'Ryan completing the scoring with two singles. Seaferth'S1 Jerome Aubin scored two touchdowns and a single convert with Nicky Hauwert getting on T.D. Tony Arts collected one single to !found • off the scoring.
