Tuesday •mdrning the entire
classes to watch a film presented
by the Huron County Health Unit.
The film was a taped segrne'nt of a
'meeting of concerned citizens
attending a lecture by. Art Link-
letter. Mr. Linkletter is con-
cerned by tile high level of drug
abuse today and has decided to
take an active'part tfy and stop
this , and provide information to
those ignorant of the facts. Mr.
Linkletter himself lost a child
due to drug' abuSe and so this
was a very powerful and moving
film. It emphasized the medical
aspects of drug abuse, not the
legal side and .I'm sure the film
had an effect on all who saw it.
Following the film there was a
question and answer period with
Dr. Mills of the Huron County
Health Unit.
