A former well known Sea- for resident Dick Eisler some time ago assumed the position of animal control officer in God- erinh.- In a recent issue the God- erich Signal Star commented ed- itorially on the excellent job that Dick Eisler was doing and the extent to which he was making a contribution to the Goderich community. This is the Signal Star edit- orial: "Not long ago, a young girl in Goderich was bitten by a dog. The identity of the dog - or its whereabouts was not known. Although the bite was not serious, the akin had been broken and after consultation with the doctor, it was learned that the dreaded ser- ies of anti-rabies shots would have to be taken by the girl unless the animal which had bitten her could be located.
