Your Co-operation Needed
With this issue, number 13, of The Bayfield Bul-
letin, arises a situation that can readily be met and
dealt with by our subscribers. Most of them have
subscribed for the three-month summer season, hav-
ing indicated at the outset that should the paper
continue throughout the year, they would subscribe
on that basis.
The Bulletin is a small operation and cannot
afford to issue individual reminders to subscribers
that their renewals are now due. That is why we
devote this space to the message, with the hope that
your co-operation, in the form of a renewal will
arrive at Box 94, Bayfield, within the next few days.
We have discharged our obligation to publish and
deliver a dozen issues. Now we want to undertake a
large responsibility, and keep delivering the paper
every week for years to come.
With the continuing support of the community,
this will be possible. It's up to you, and you, and you.

Bayfield A Winter Resort?
Some study is being given the possibilities that
the Bayfield area holds for winter sports. Prelimin-
ary investigation reveals a number of sites which
could conceivably make excellent ski slopes and trails
if developed along the right lines. Some ideas of this
character were mentioned as possible projects of Bay-
field Ratepayers' Association. Such projects seem
more appropriate to a Chamber of Commerce or
Board of Trade which might have a stronger incentive
to work and develop projects having important com-
mercial and economic possibilities for the whole com-
munity. Anything that would take the sag out of
September and the months thereafter would be well
worth looking at.

To 'Your' Paper
The Bulletin is more than
pleased to welcome more sub-
scribers to the ever-growing
list. The Bulletin also reminds
those who subscribed for three
months in June that their sub-
scriptions expire with this issue
and renewal is indicated at the
rate of $4.00 per annum in
Canada, $5.00 per annum to the
United States.
