Mrs. Will MilieuD Scott, with eleven members 1 presided and opened the meeting with a poeM,"COIne Follow Me," followed with perlpture reading from Matthew 2: 1.11 read in unison , and prayer. A Christ- mas topic based on Luke 2: 18 was given by Mrs. Grace Scott. Mrs. Calder McKaig reported 17 cards and letters sent to sick and shut-ins. The roll call was answered with Bible verse con- taining words spoken by Jesus. Current events were given. by each member reading a Christ- mas poem. Mrs. J.& Jefferson read a story from the Observer. The 68th annual business me- eting followed, The secretary Mrs. T.L. Scott gave the annual business report and her review ton attended the Co-op Banquet on Thursday evening at Elim- ville United Church. Elimville South Group catered for the meal. Mr. and Mrs. George Frayne visited on Friday evening with Mr, and Mrs. Harold Fayne and family of Granton. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Coward of Sunshine Line visited on Tues- day evening with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Waiters and Danny. of the proceedings and accomp- lishments of the Society during the year. The treasurer, Mrs. M. Lamond gave a graft:Anglin- ancial report of the'year's work.
