The event will be conducted by members of Goderich Power Squadron, one of 115 units of Canadian Power Squadrons, the nationwide safe-boating organiz- ation. Roy P. Nield,Sar, Western Ontario District Commander, will take the salute, w th Com- mander E. B. Menzies, at 2 p.m. from the south pier. Boats will be "dressed" and a prize will be awarded for the hest-decorated boat. The competition is open to all boaters whether members or not. The public is invited to view the Sail Past, and the sail and power boat -races scheduled to follow. Win Prises At.
