• Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative
The Sales & Customer Service Representative is a part-time
contract position. This position will be the primary interface
between the company and our customers at the new retail
location in Brussels opening October 2015, and at Tuckersmith
Communications locations in Clinton and Kippen. The mission of
those in this position is to gain and retain customers, understand
the features and selling points of our product line, with emphasis
on our cellular product line; and to assist with the administrative
aspects of the front office; billing, order processing, cellular device
programming, activation, customer communication, etc.
Skill Requirements
- Ability to effectively match product features and functions to
customers needs
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task
- Technical interest in communications products
- Ability to work as a team player
- Computer experience – Microsoft office is required
- Experience in a front office, customer service, sales
environment
