position working out of our Kurtzville location:
Dispatch Trucking Coordinator (Job ID #: 136)
This position requires very strong organization and interpersonal
communication skills. We require a self-motivated individual that is
able to direct the daily work activities of approximately 10 drivers.
Responsibilities will include:
• Efficient dispatching of our fleet of trucks
• Scheduling pickup and delivery of loads with customers
• Daily interaction with Marketing Department to assist with
load scheduling
• Operation of scales and grain grading
• Understanding of daily grain markets in order to assist with pricing
A post-secondary degree/diploma in Agri-Business with 2-3 years
related job experience would be considered an asset. The ideal
candidate must have above average customer service, computer and
administrative skills. Hours of work will vary depending on seasonal
requirements.
