One '.s certain to be just right for your dairy or cattle feeding operation. lucknow Lady Died In 89thYear MISS HELEN HARPER The death of Miss Helen Turner Harper of Lucknow, formerly of near , St. Helens, occurred on Wednesday, October 9th at Pine - crest Manor Nursing Home. She was in, her 89th, year. She was born in West Wawanosh Township on November 27, 1885, a daughter of Archie Harmer and Mary Graham. Miss Harper was predeceased by her father in 1915, her mother in 1941 and her brother Brown Harper in 1966. She was a member of Lucknow Presbyterian Church, and the Women's Missionary Society, and a former member of St. Helens Women's Institute. The funeral service was held at MacKenzie Memorial Chapel, Lucknow, on Saturday, October 12th. Rev. Glenn Noble of Lucknow Presbyterian Church was minister. Pallbearers , were Ronald Mc- Crostie, Chester Nicholson, Ross Gammie, James Henderson, Alex Andrew and Kelso McNay. Interment was iri _Greenhill Cem- etery. We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose Redmond and children to -our community. They have moved to the house on the farm owned by Terry Dalton located on the 6th concession of Ashfield. The house was formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. John Sheardown. The ladies volleyball ,games got underway to start a new season at the school gyin last Tuesday. FRACTURED WRIST IN FALL Johnny Van Osch. son of Mr. and Mrs_ Joe Van Osch fell in the barn last, Sunday and fractured his right wrist. He will have his arm in a cast for 3 weeks.
