Thursday getting ready the square

program. With • no desire to
overstate the situation or express
any inflated feeling of high self
.esteem. this , is the co-operation
which , just seems to happen each

year in Ripley.
Lack of time makes it impossible
to even give the principal winners
but it is hoped to have this ready
for next week.
The indoor display was open for
public inspection on Friday evening
with treasurers Dorothy and Russ
Brooks on admissions. With the
ball game in . the park between

'Guelph and • the Ripley boys
running latethis probably detract-
ed from the usua) large number
who take advantage of this Friday
evening showing. In past years
such 'an .event in the parks has
always made for a large.attendance
after the game. Well. anyway
everybody here thinks it ,was a
