length veil of French tulle. She
carried a cascade of pink roses
with baby's breath.
Maid: of honour was Miss
Mary ,MacCharles, sister of the
bride. The bridesmaids were
Miss Denise Rose; sister of the
groom, Miss .Joy Farrell and
Mrs. Electa Dickey friends of
the bride and Miss Cathy.
McLeod cousin of the bride.
They were dressed alike in
floor:length gowns. of powder
blue shantung and white cotton
eyelet with matching blue
boleros. The empire waist was
accented with navy velvet rib-
bon., •They wore, white picture
hats trimmed with navy ribbon
and carriedpink sweetheart
roses with white stephanotis
and blue baby's breath.
'Best man was, Mr. Richard
Dickey, friend of the groom.
The guests were ushered by
Len. Hicks and Peter Wiles,
friends of the groom, Dennie
Gaunt and Tom 'Culbert,
cousins of the bride.
Mr. William McLeod, cousin
of the : bride, ,played the
bagpipes to usher the wedding
party out of the church.•He also
piped them to the receiving line
at the reception in Sutton Park
Inn, Kincardine.
• To greet guests, the bride's
mother chose a floor -length
gown of light blue •silk crepe
With accordian, pleats. Her cor-
sage waft tangerine rosebuds. •
The groom's mother wore a •
floor -length gown of blue floral
chiffon and a pink rose corsage.
Following an eveninig, .,of
music and dancing. the happy
couple left on a honeymoon to
Scotland.
For her going away outfit the
bride wore a yellow and white
dress and jacket ensemble with
a white and yellow glamellia
corsage.
Upon their return the couple
will reside in London.
Guests attended from
Toronto, Hamilton, London,
Montreal, Vancouver, Detroit
and Edinburgh.
