LucknOw Reunion,
c/o Don Thompson,
Lucknow , Ontario.
Dear Mr. Thompson:
Thank you for your kind invita-
tion to the 1974 Reunion.
It would be delightful to go
to this affair and a great pleasure
as the last time I was in the town
was. Christmas 1916. Now my
health is not equal to the exer-
tion of dropping in on this fine
festival. •
Nearly all the members of the
Andrew Smith family have
passed away; now there are only
two remaining, my sister Eliza-
beth, Mrs. Hillyard Armstrong ,
Star City, Sask.; and myself.
Enclosed find two tickets for
Reunion prize draw to Bob Finlay.
Wishing you every success.
Sincerely,
Mrs. James (Sarah) Mc-
Callum, Swift Current,
Sask.
Dear Mr. Finlay -

the Reunion prize draw plus a
little extra for expenses. I hope
to be able to attend and perhaps
help a bit with the "Roarin" but
plans are indefinite at the mom-
ent.
• I was really "flabbergasted" and
to say the least , flattered by Don's
report in the Sentinel on our New
'Horizons bluebird project , though
I have been doing what I can on
my own for the bluebirds since
1966. Never dreamed of making
"front page" news, not to men-
tion such a spread. The publicity
for New Horizons efforts in
particular and the conservation of
wildlife in general is greatly ap-
preciated.
Sincerely,
Graham MacNay, ,
Ottawa.

I was back in Hospital for five
weeks and I have a cast on so
walking is a bit difficult. Thank-
ing you very much for the invita-
tion.
