In a. speech to camp- aign workers she outlined the NDP program to combat the rising cost of living. The workers formed three groups and set out to contact theelector- ate in Goderich and Clinton. Des- pite the inclement weather, ap- proximately one thousand contacts. were made. At the conclusion of their work, the party faithful re- turned to Campaign Headquarters in Goderich to share their exper- iences and a barbeque in the rain.
