Clever Cuties
The fifth meeting of Dungannon
I' was held at the home of, Mrs.
Dan MacInnis on April 2.
We opened the meeting with the
4-1-1 pledge. The minutes of the
last meeting were read by Evelyn
Schmid. The roll call was "One
aid, which will improVe storage
in my bedroom". This was
answered by all 13 members. Dis-
cussion was based on our Achieve-
ment Day which will be held at
Brookside School May 25. .
For practical work we decided
on the 'shape and skin texture of
each member's face.
Our next meeting will be held
at the home of Mrs., Fred Youhg . on April 9.

Handicrafters
The 3rd meeting of St. Helen's
Happy Handicrafters was held on
April 2nd. The meeting opened
5 lb. pail
with the pledge. 17. members
answered the roll call. We were
told that our books are due May
17th and that achievement day is
the .25th of May in Brookside
School.'
We discussed "A Place for Every
thing" different ways to store
clothes, jewelery, shoes, acces-
sories and cosmetics along.with
general rules for good storage.
In Group Work those whb are •
making therinending-kit started
.their patterns while the others
discussed their projects.
The next meeting is on April
16th at 7 o'clock in St. Helens
Hall. Thg meeting closed with
the creed. .
Mirror Mooners
Meeting•6 of Donnybrook 4-H
Mirror Mooners was held at the
home 'of Mrs. E. Robinson Thtirs-
day night. Marie Empey opened ,
the meeting with the 4-H pledge. -
Jane Thompson read the minutes
of meetings 3 and 4. Marie
Empey read the roll call. Next
meeting is April 11. Meeting
5 and 6 were switched around be-
cause our demonstritqr was not
available.
Miss Susan ThompSbn demon-
strated hair styling. She washed
some, trimmed some and cut
come and answered questions we
had asked.
Our discussion was on hair care.
Mrs. E. Robinson asked us ques-
tions about this. She also helped
us with hand out sheets,. Jane
Thompson closed the meeting.

Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Rice mov-
ed to their new home in Lucknow
and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Shaw
of Norwich moved into the Rice
home , this week.
The last Shoot Party of the sa -
son will be held on Thursday night
in the hail. Lunch will be-served.

goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Harold
Cooper in the loss of their .son-in-
law Allan Johnston. Mrs. John-

bridge Kuties took , place at the
home of Mrs. Antone Van Osch
on April 2nd at 7.00 p.m. The
president opened the meeting
with 0 Canada.
The roll call was answered and
Lucille Frayne read the minutes
of the last meeting. We decided
on having a. hairdresser to come
