Lucknow Juvenile hockey team
will now proceed in the W.O.A.A
Grand Championship series.
Lucknow were "D" winners and
will now meet winners of other
classifications. "
In the first game against Mount
Forest in the grand championship
semi-finals, they won 8-5 in
Mount Forest Wednesday .of last
week.
The second gaine will be in
Lucknow on Friday night , It is a
best -of-three series.
Bantams Down
Two To Teeswater
now meet Wellington, near Belle-
ville in the finals. Jim Murray,
from brother Kevin scored
Lucknow's'goal 'on Sunday.
The Lucknow team was riddled
with injuries in the series. To
mention a few. Bob, Moffat played
the final game with broken ribs,
Ian Montgomery had bruised fing-
ers, Jim Murray had an injUred
shoulder and Stewart Mann had an
injured back.
The Juveniles will now drop
back to the -W.0..A A . grand
championship series against Mount
Forest.

Up The Season
In the Young Canada Pee Wee
hockey tournament'in Goderich
March 19th, the local Pee Wees
shut out Hensall in their first
game by a score of 3 to 0. In
their second game of the day .
Lucknow was Shut out by Belmont
5 to O.
On Friday, March 22nd the boys
took on their fathers and defeated
them by 'a score of 7 to 6.
Point getters in the Hensall
game were Brad Humphrey and
David Errington 1 goal and 1 assist
each,.Danny Londry 1 goal and
Brian Elphick 1 assist each.
This winds up the 'season for the
boys and the coaches Herb Barger
and Bob Greer and the manager
Tom Pritchard would like to

their co-operation during the past
season.

winner of the Clarke Ferguson
trophy at the final bonspiel of the
season which ended on Saturday
evening. Their record was three
wins and• a plus of eighteen. Sec-
ond for the day was the Gordon
Patterson rink from Ripley, with
wife Ruthe, along with Bert and
Mad Elliott at three wins plus six.
