It was at the former Kenny MacKenzie-farm .on the east side of sideroad number_ 5. The farm is now owned by Elmer Pollard with Mr. and Mrs,. Rhody and family living in the house. Sparks blown from rub- bish burning in a, steel garbage- barrel ignited nearby dead grass and the, flames were soon beyond control. 'They spread .and ignited' a log shed possibly the original log house on the farm. 'G.eorge McLean and Johnny Dodds took the fire truck out while Lloyd Wylds drove the new tanker uuck to the scene.
