Mrs. Cameron reported a profit
of $56.90 from the Bake Sale held
in December. It was decided *that •
$30.00 of this Money be given
o the Guide Company for their
upcoming trip to Toronto if they
needed it. The Brownies will
receive money later if,they have a
special project.
Mrs.. Jack McKim, District
Commissioner, explained to the
mothers the difference between a
Local Association and a Parents'
ComMittee.
Mrs. Gordon BrOok.s, Mrs. Barry
Hackett, Mrs. Bob Struthers Mrs.
Harold Greer and Mrs. ,bon Cam-
eron were named to the Parents'
Committee. Mrs. Bruce Raynard
and Mrs. Art Gilmore are to be
asked to serve on this Committee
also.
The annual banquet which Will
be held in May was discussed.
Final arrangements will be made
by the Committee,.
A motion was made to buy any
necessary Guide uniforms.
,Mrs. Angus MacLennan of God -

brought greetings from the
sion. She reminded everyone of
the Area Annual meeting to be
held in Kitchener April 5 and 6
and the Provincial 'Annual in Pet-
erborough May 10, 11, 12 as rep-
resentatives from this Division are
requested at these meetings.
