The secretary read the min- utes of the last, meeting and the treasurer gave the financial report. It was decidedthat the cover de- sign would be done with pencil crayons, instead of ink. The 'lead- ers explained the Junior Women's Institute and asked the group if they were interested in forming one. The 4-H County Day was also mentioned to see who was going. The discussion for this meeting was on hair care. Barb Whitby, one of our local hairdressers , came to the meeting and told' about hair care and answered the girls' questions. Each girl learn- ed something'new and ways to improve her hair style and gener- al hair condition.
