as she felt herself falling, she
grabbed at a pair Of skated hang-
ing in the stairway and fell head=
long down the stairs. As she fell
she screamed for her son Jamie
who with her husband Walter. was
at home at the time. They found
her undinscioith at the foot of the
Stairs.
Mrs. Forster suffered a deep
wound near the crown oilier head ,
thought to have been caused by
the skate; , as well as other in-
ries head, back and
neck.
Her hurband and son summoned
help from a neighbour, Mrs.
Cameron NiacAuley. Mrs.
Forster was removed by •
arr-bulance•to Kincardine Hospit-
al where her 'injuries were treated
