The feeling of cottagers' is this: If they must pay school tax to two municipalities ,.county taxes to two counties and municipal tax to two municipalities, then the plea is a simple one. Give ser vices for taxes paid;on an equal basis with any other tax payer in the municipality. For, many years now , and in - increasing numbers from year to year, the municipalities with Lake Huron frontage have been enjoying the tax revenue benefits of having seasonal residents in their. municipality. There was a time when these seasonal residents were paying next to nothing in taxes, and as such, were accepting their,small taxation without any services.
