JULY 1923'
The Provincial Department of
Agriculture had fitted up.a truck
with a demonstration water -supply
system,' suitablefor installation in
farm houses, and was, exhibiting
the plant at a number of centres
in each county;. The plant •
would supply running water - hot
and cold if desired - throughout
a house or to the kitchen or bath-
room, as desired. Such a system
it was believed, would greatly
;relieve the drudgery about the
farm home. The system could' be
equallyadapted to houses in the
villages where there was no
domestic water supply under pres-
sure.
A public meeting of Dungannon
citizens was held to discussget-
ting a lighting plant for the vil-
lage.
