average decrease is 6.6% with 24
of the 31 municipalities enjoy-
ing a smaller• education taxbill
than last year. Decreases range
from a low of 58% to a high of
20.28%0.
Eleven municipalities are down
more. than 10%. The few munici-
palities where an increase applies
should, in most cases, be able to
offset its effect by reason of addi-
tional local building activity and
an increased assessment base
