The distribution among the 31 municipalities reveals that the average decrease is 6.6% with 24 of the 31 municipalities enjoy- ing a smaller• education taxbill than last year. Decreases range from a low of 58% to a high of 20.28%0. Eleven municipalities are down more. than 10%.
