of the Lutknow School Band.

conducted the' youthful group in
a continuous pre§entatidri through-
out the evening.

en for by Crafters for 'the rd An-
nual Lucknow Craft Festival.. At
the regular committee meeting
held on Thursday in the,. Lucknow
Town Hall, members were delight•
ed with the response. This year
no donatiOns were asked 'for and
'no money received from the Luck ,
now Agricultural ' Society. The
Festival 'is entirely self supporting.
Over $800.00 has been collected
from the Crafters who want space
in the' arena, and for baking;
produce and preserves selling
privileges.
'This Morley has paid for the
brochures, advertising in the Vac-
ation Guides, TV programmes
have been arranged and ads drawn
up for local papers and for radio.
An ad in the Grey-Bruce Tour-
ist Guide will be shared by. the
Craft Festival, 'the Luclulow
ultutal Society arid the Lucknow
Business Men as all are given •
a boost in this booklet to be , out
sometime in May. This is a new
feature this year and should be A
guide to visitors in the area.
Advertisements at the Elmira '
Syrup Festival was done by some
of the committee ,who had the
opportunity of announcing the
Lucknow Festival, handing out '
brochures, and placing many in
the hands of Crafts people. An
appearance of sonie of the corn-
mittee on CKCO-TV will begin
Tuesday on regular 'programmes
.that have been allotted to the
ipommittee:of the LucknOw Craft
Festival.
Posters are already beginning
to arrive from the school child-
ren. These will bp judged in-
'May ,and used to advantage in the
advertising programme'.

member had good reports, and

Convention and have received
good results.
