VARIETY CONCERT UPCOMING.
Several RDHS students have
been working at feverish pitch.in
readiness for their annual Variety .
Concert held every year in the
RDHS auditorium. For several
months, a comic play entitled
"Here Come. the Brides" has been
-rehearsed while elections of
music haire beep Chosen by'the
MUsic Club to be performed by
the mass choir and glee club.
Cbairman Sally Elliott and dir-
ectors_Margie MacKay and Joan
Ferguson have been conducting
practise sessions. It is well
worth noting that the students
themselves get the entire 'con-
cert together and do , it well.
Also being featured in the' Variety
Concert are monologues and
tumbling. After several years of
being cut from RDHS presenta-
tions, due to lack of interest, .
the sport of tumbling is returning
to 'the scene as a' group of en-
thusiastic students are devoting
their spare time to iMprove
their abilities.
All these activities may be
viewed 'by all on Wednesday and
Thursday nights , April l8 and 19,
° at ROHS at 8.00. Admission is
not expensive for an enjoyable
fun filled evening; so why not
bring out the entire family?'
