On Wednesday, April 4, four
members of Dungannon Women'S
Institute attended an. Executive
meeting 'at St, Helens where
plans were made for the Huron
West District Annual Meeting,
which is to be held in. Dungannon
on May 30, 1973.
By a survey along the drains
and catch basins, particularly
'in the Wawanosh side of the vil-
lage, it is' hoped to locate the
cause of certain drainage prob-
leins.
On Monday Mr. 'and Mrs:
Harvey Alton accompanied, by
Mrs. Victor Errington visited
their. cousin, Miss Rena Stephen-
son, in Hensalt.
Mr. and. Mrs. Wesley Alton
from London, spent •a few days
with Mrs. Victor Errington last
week; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Irvin
also visited. Mrs. Erring-ton. On
Sunday other company included
Mr. and'Mrs.- Bill Caesar, from
Goderich.
Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wilbur
and Bradley from Willowdale
spent the week end, in their
summer home in Dungannon.
Mrs. D. S. Fines of Toronto
visited Mrs. Cecil Blake and
Barbara this weekend. Mr. and.
Mrs. Bill Blake and Becky of
Galt and Cambridge ,spent the
week end here and in Goderich
at their parental homes.

vale called on relatives here on

vice on Sunday.

not only in the big leagues, but'
locally too. Many parents are '
kept busy taking boys and girls
to various towns to 'tournaments -•
and,playoffs. Not .all can ex-
pect to be winners but all can be,
taught good, clean sportsmanship,

ing material for the Treleaven

Lake Huron Zone 9 Senior Citiz-
ens held their Spring meeting in
Wingham Town Hall on Friday,
April 6th with rpresentatives
from nine clubs. Plans were
discussed for summer activities.
