7 p.m. and run again on Satur-
day from 12 noon throughout the

In the final game the Stars
defeated the Canucks 5 to 1,

On Tuesday, January 9th, Luck
noW Midgets played host to the
lvlilvertonl/lidget Club. The
game was. played as four point '
game and was an exciting erp!,
counter as the game ended in a
6-6 tie.
Kevin Murray led the' boys with
a ,three goal performance.
The first period ended with the
score Lucknow 2, Milvertort 1.

In the second period, Milver-

Milverton scored the tie „break-
er shortly after but a goal by Dave
Shepherd unassisted tied the score
for Lucknow.
There were plenty of penalites
in the gaine, especially in the
third period. -Lucknow picked' up
10" to Milverton's 16, throughout
the game.
Lucknow was without the ser-
vices of their high. scoring for • -
'wards ; Ian Montgomery and Stew-
art Mann.
Thursday 'night,- Lucknow was
to have played in /v.lilverton, but
this was cancelled due •to the
weather conditions.

Lucknow Fleas were'soundly d,e-
feated by Brussels who won the
hockey game 6-1.. Allan Odle
scored for Lucknow and was assist-

The Lucknow Pee Wee'• hockey
team will be travelling to Hen-
sall this Saturday, January 21st,
to take in the W.0,;A.A Tourna-
ment. The tournament winner
will have the right to enter the
0.M.U.A. playoffs. Their first
game is scheduled for 10.30 a. m:
and-milld3e played against Milver•
ton. This shotild be a very excit-
ing game as both teams are tied
in the staridings,of the regular
schedule'. The boys could use
all the support they can get
from the local fans so why, not

Game To Listowel
Lucknow Sepoys continue to
. drop the close hockey games.
In Liitowel Friday night, they
battled back from a 5-8 deficit
to go ahead at the 10 minute
mark in the third period 6-5 , only
to' have Listowel come on again
a2d ta4e the decision '7-6.
Lucknow again held a large
margin of play in the game but
didn'thave any luck in putting
the red light on.
Due to. Teeswater dropping out
of the 'league, Lucknow now has -
a long lay off-until the 6th of
January, when they play at home
against Clinton 'Colts.
