Spent Life In Gold Mining RUSSELL MacDOUGALL Russell Edward MacDougall, eldest, son of the late Roderick and Rose MacDougall of the Fourth ConceSsion, Kinloss, passed away 'On Saturday, December 9 in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.' He died in hospital following a lengthy.illness. He was in his 72nd year. After graduating from high school in Luckndw,,Russell went west in 1920 to.
