Tour and Social
The LucknoW Girl Guides held
their Christmas meeting Decem-
ber -14th . The girls, met at. the
town hall and proceeded to, tour
part of the town by tractor and
wagonsinging-carols. A few
places we stopped at were Mr.
and Mrs. A. E. mcKirreS and
Pinecrest Nutsing_Bome,
'Although it was a nippy even-
ing the girls enjoyed themselves
despite the numb toes, the only
sour .note of the evening„was that
of being pelted by pieces of fly-
ing ice by a Certain-group of
boys on the main street. It was
fortunate no one was hurt by this
display, of idiocy,
We then assembled at the house'
of Lieutenant Johnston for hot
chocolate and cookies and ex-
