of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sanderson
of Wroxetet.
Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the bride chose a floor-length
gown of white polyeYster shantung
with nylon knit sleeves, embroid
ered daisy trim with 'the same
trimming on the train. -Her
shoulder-length veil fell from' a'
white daisy headpiece. The bride
wore a special necklace given to
her by 'her paternal grandmother,
which had been handed dawn
through the generationi.
Matron of honour was Mrs. Mar-
lene Verbeek of Gorrie. She
more a peasant dress 'of pastel
blue dacron with embossed dais-
ies and a white crocheted hat
on` which was a wide pleated band
of the dress materialhanging down
the back, She carried' a white
basket of daisies. •
Bridesmaids were Mrs. Faye

The ring bearer was Jamie Ver-
ek of Gorrie, son
of honour.
Groomsman was Jamie Sander-
son of Toronto, brother `of the
groom. Ushers were David Sand-
erson of London, brother of the
groom and Steven Button of Luck-
now , brother of the bride.
Mrs: Ross Cumming of Lucknow
was organist and played tradition-
al wedding music.
A reception followed at the
Lucknow Arena.,
The bride's mother chose ,a
pink lace dress with whiteCarna-
tion corsage.
The groom's mother wore a
dress of light blue 'sheer chiffon
over lace and white carnation '
corsage.
For travelling the bride chose
as red fortrel pantsuit with white
lace trim. • •
Following a wedding trip to
Montreal . and 'The Laurentian the
couple will residg in Wroxetet. .
The groom is'ernployed with
Farmatic 'at, Gorrie and the bride

On June 16 Miss Elliott. and
Ralph and Roger Morrison took
Room Four for a walk across the
river and into ,the forest. 'There
they gathered plants and rocks
which-they had taken about in
science.'

Mrs. Bakker and Mrs. Brawn
supervised the trip that Room
Three took to go to the Goderich
Museum. They saw a variety ,of
exhibits but the following were
the most interesting: the two- ,
headed calf,' the water-wheel,
the clothes , the dolls and the
train. •
There were rriany other exhib-
its but too many tcrmehtion.
After touring the inside the
children went outside and looked
at the clock and log cabin. The
children then bought souvenirs
and returned to the school in
time for lunch.

KINDERGARTEN BUS TRIP
On June 20th, 'a group of Kind-
ergastenzipils and Mrs. Fairish
spent the morning at the Holmes-
ville Animal Sanctuary. The
children were 'able to see pigeons,,
peacocks, ducks and geese. The
children were allowed to see a
rooster from India , but nobody
went' too close. They also saw •
chickens 'and kittens which were
in the , barn. ,The following day '
