There were 128,delegates repres
enting Clubs from Chesley,
Clifford, Hanover, Harriston,
Lucknow, Mount Forest, Neus-
tadt , Owen Sound, Tara , Kincar
A very interesting program had
been planned. The opening.
Prayer was given by Rev. John
Henderson and official welcome'
by Mr. McPail, Mayor of Harris-
ton.
Special gueit speakers from
U.S.C.O. Toronto were Mr. T.
Smith, 2nd Vice President and
Mr. J. Rose , Corresponding sec-
retary. •
A panel, consisting' of one
Member from each club asked
questions and were answered by
the Federal Members of Parlia-
ment arid Opposition Candidates,

Entertainment was planned by
club delegates. Walter Dexter
accompanied by Mrs. Wes Ritchie

Courtney on the occasion of their
twenty-fifth wedding anniversary..
