For 'Pon Donaldson
A private funeral service for
Donald Donaldson of Teeswater
was held from MacPherson Riper-
al Chapel in Teeswater on Thurs-
day May 4 at 2 p.m.' and was
conducted, by Rev' Arnold. Proud
of the Teeswater United Church.
Acting as pallbearers' were.
Elmer Wall,./Teeswater; Frank
Schumacher , Dave Ross , both of
Whytock-r-Jim
Whytock and Morley' Wall of
Culross.
Gordon Donaldson, Don Stew-
art ;John Denting& and Earl Gal-
braith carried floral tributes.
Burial was, in Teeswater Cem-
etery.

motion which was carried out by Lucknow business people
during the past eight weeks.
During that time Lucknow merchants, listed on' the
Bargain World page, gave away $200 in cash prizes to area
shoppers and as well, offered shoppers money saving bar-
gains from week to week.
All tickets in the contest must be deposited in the
Bargain World boxes by Saturday of this week at 6 p.m. '
At this time, tickets will be picked up and the final draw
for $25 will be made. Ticket box locations are listed on the
Bargain World page.

Manager of the store will be
W. J. Grant of Waterloo, a
former clerk at a Waterloo liquor
store. He has rented the home,
of Mrs. Eileen Ashton on Have-
lock Street South in the village,
Appointed as clerk at the new
store is Harold Ritchie of Luck-
now who has been in the barber
,business in the village for a num-
ber of years.
The Sentinel talked with the
office of 'the Liquor Control
Board of Ontario in Toronto on

local store on May 15th. It was
not certain at writing time if this
date could be met , but plans are
to open as soon aS possible. The
store. will be of the self serve type
