VACCINATIONS
On Tuesday , April 18 a nurse
came to our school to give some
students vaccinations. The pupils
.in,Kindergarten and Grade 1 re-
ceived vaccinations for red meas.-
les and•cerrnan measles
respectively while pupils in
Grade land 5 received vaccina•-•
tions for tuberculosis. lam sure
everyone was glad when it was
over.
Final Card Party
. Dungannon L.O.L. had 9 tables
in play for their'last Card Party on
'Thursday, April 20th in the •
Orange Hall.
High prizes for the ladies went
to Mrs. Alice 'Jefferson with a
Score of 73 anti Mrs. Alma Black
with 72'..
Harvey Alton received high
prize for the.men withJim Little
taking second prize.
Both hada score of .75 points'.
The door prize was won, by Jack

Ray HamiltOn suffered a very
painfuil injury a few days ago,
when he was jacking up a car.
The jack slipped and the handle
struck his face, He suffered a
broken nose and a cracked bone
under his eye.'

vin Coiling 4,nd Ernie on Thurs-
day evening.

received a telephone call this ,•
week from their son Pte.'David
Courtney in Halifax. DaVici is
with the navy and will shortly be
