We are sorry to report that Mrs.
Ivan Laidlaw was removed from
Wingham and District Hospital
on Sunday to Kitchener Hospital,
where on Monday she will under-
go svrgery.
On Sunday evening Herb Laid-
law fell at his home and' had to
be moved to Wingham Hospital.
Kimberley and Janet Laidlaw
are with their aunt Mrs. J. Kerr
of Bluevale e while their mother
is at Kitchener hospital.

spent a• few days of the holidays
with, his grandparents Mr. and
Mrs. Lorne Durnin while his par-
ents Mr." and Mrs. Clayton Schol-
tz were on holidays. •
Mrs. Tom Inglis and Betty on
Sunday visited with Mr. and Mrs.
Jack Inglis of 14pley. Mrs. Jack
Inglis had just recently returned
from Hospital following surgery.
Last week school pupilof all
grades en,joyed the winter vaca- ,
tion„ which somehow now
replaces the Old Time, old fash-
ioned Easter Holidays and with
Good Friday coining this week
they have a-4 day school week
and next, week, with Easter Mon-
day a holiday, they again have a
four day school week to get, back
into studies

week end'with Mr, and Mrs.. Garn-
et Farrier to attend the funeral of
his grandmother, Mrs. Marie Dav-
is of Brussels, 'who died suddenly
at Wingham where she with other
