won the Ontario. Minor Hockey
Association Juvenile "D" semi- •
finals last 'Thursday by virtue of a
4-1 win over Harrow.
The first game in Lucknow on
March 12 ended 6-1 for Lucknow.

Two of the closest games of
the year were played at the Arena
on ThUtsday night in' the Town
and Country Hockey league.
After ten minutes of overtime
Lticknow and Kingsbridge played
'to a 5-5 tie. After regulation-
time the score was, 4-4. In over-
time Bob MacDonald scored for
Kingsbridge and Dave Humphrey
for Lucknow.

arena. The local boys played a
poor game and lost 6-3 to Ripley.

Thursday, March 16 for the third
and deciding game.. By the end
Of the second period the score was
tied 2-2. Lucknow came out'in
the third and 'took an early lead.
The game ended with an '8-3 win
for Lucknow. Stuart Mann, play-
ing at his best, scored sixy of the
Lucknow goals.
On Saturday , Ivlarch 18th, the
13antarnS took in a tournament at
Paisley. Ludknow Were ousted
2-1 in their first game by South-
ampton. It was hard fought and
one of the more exciting games of
the tournament; LUcknow's goalie
was pulled for the ast minutes `of
