Mrs, Leonard • Reid., convener of the programme, read a selection on the history of the Christmas carol Silent. Night Mrs.. Eldon Bradley introduced the, guest -speaker;' Mrs. Dave -E1- phick, who gave a wonderful dem- onstration of home_ made Christ- mas .decorations incl. uding. wreaths table centres, corsages and drift- wood pieces. She was thanked by Mrs. Leonard Reid and presented •with a gift.
