ment Commissions this week.,
Hydro's bulk rate at which_it -
sells to.rnunicipal systems is ex-
pected to rise, by 48,1% and' if
local agencies maintain their
margins ,, they .will 'have to -raise'
their •retail prices by at least the
same amount,
Hydro has already indicated
they• intend to raise rates by 7
to municipal systemsand by 9.%.
