Ontario for home, and.' garden' use •
(3) Commencing 1971,.ban; DDT in
Ontario for all uses other than the
control of cutworms in'tobacco: .
(4) Immediately a -satisfactory
alternative isproduced, ban DDT
for •any use in Ontario: '
