The reaction to a recent editorial in The Sentinel about :the
possibility of the Sepoy Town staging a reunion in the future has been
disappointing.' •
•
Editorials usually spark. some .comment, not always favourable,
' ;and, we don't expect that• But this editorial "struck out" sofar as.
public• reaction is concerned.
Only two'people' commented to us on their opinion for.:or against:
a. reunion..One. Was a Detroit .':resident who took time to write us .and.
expressed his favour:. The other was •a local resident who<' favoured a
• ' reunion but ' did.' not wishto be'. quoted, although, he expressed his
opinion at a . public' gathering.
We were fooled: We thought that there would be a keen response
towsuch: a suggestion..
