street intersection,he found the
brakes on the 'bus had . failed .

bus'. by gearing down and using the'

a wide 'turn wes.t•onto the main
street.:
Rick Pritchard of West Wawanosh
was driving easton' main street
and upon.seeing the bus:heading
toward him , stoppedhis car and •
wasin•the process of reversing it
when the collision,oecurred. "The
school bus Went ,between the
Pritchard 'car and a, parked car
owned: by Henry Clark, who
resides just north of Lucknow.
The;Clark vehicle was sitting
front of Finlays'on's .and members,
of .the family, .including small
:children, were sittingin the car.
The only passenger' in 'the, bus;
was.10-year-old Lloyd••Hanna of
R R.. 2:Holyrood who:'received a•
cut'to. his lip: ••Bryce Elliott and.
Rick Pritchard: were uninjured:
