Farrier and Gillespie families. - ...._. _
gathered at the Darlene ,Restaurant
and Motel. London for dinner at
12:30 to celebrate with Mr and
Mrs:,, Jack Gillespie of Sarnia,
their'2Sth wedding anniversary.
During the afternoon the playing
of games and contests were the..
entertainment. The friends:'
presented Mr .and Mrs.Gillespie
with a pole lamp. It was also the
occasion of Mrs.'Gillesp re's birth-
, day. Lunch was' enjoyed by all
before: they left for home.

Janis, Mrs. Gibson Gillespie.. Mrs.

of "Hark the Glad. Sound" conclud-
ed this reading. From this service
we learned 'that God used the events
of the time for His Purpose :and to
:day H'e is. still working to bio the
same. As Christmas draws near we,
should be aware of how we can
ottist in helping fulfill His Purpose
