When information of this move was Made known in Lucknow, a ,petition was signed by most busin- ess places in the village and :the petition called for the CNR to keep the-Lucknow station open, for an: agent in charge to carry on his duties..as before aridoperate on a regular basis ;and for the CNR to recontinue: the delivery •of freight and express on.
