Grey -Bruce Farmers' Week Program
This week-long period of meetings
will ;be held in the Coliseum in
'Hanover, Monday through'to.,Friday
starting- on• January .9th.. Each day's
'program .will begin at'10 a.m. and
will,last'to 0:3Q to 4:00 p,m. with
time out for a 12 to 1` lunch •hour.
Those organisations involved in
this project include: the Federation
of Agriculture; the'County Dairy
Committee, the"Hog Producers:
Association, the Beef Improvement
Association, .aitd :the Soil and. Crop
Improvement Association, .
The GreY-Bruce Farmers' -Week is
a new venture in agricultural
programs for farmers in this, area:,'.
.Similar farmers' W4ek�programs.,._'
have .been held annually at
other locations in the province ,-•
particularly at such centres as Kern:
ptville,: `Guelph' and itfdgetown.
Manyfarmers from Grey and Bruce
however , have not found it oppor+
tune toattend, these meetings and -
thus; have missed. out 'on the very

presented: The `Grey Bruce ,
Farmers' Week in. Hanover ,will be
an -attempt to bring this ty'pe.of.
prograrn to a central location that
is 'within very reasonable travelling

of the program it has been,possible
to.obtain a number of outside
