student' council • assembly was
Id Friday afternoon' from 3 p.m.
to d p.m. The Harronettes and
Hi -Tones sang "Around the World"
in four parts, Act; 1, Scene three of
Macbeth was then acted out by
Grade 11A . Grade 12A acted ,the
.same act in modern speech. The
Harmonettes were then welcomed
in song by the Hi -Tones, The
Hi -Tones also sang a religious .
number. Mr, Hall, Mr. Needham;
Mr. Mason. and Mr. MacDougall
on behalf of the teaching staff
put on a short musical comedy '
called "Let Me Call, You Sweet-
heart", It wasmaninounced that a
Hallowe'en Dance would be held
Friday, October 28. This dance
will be from 8:. - 11:30. Admission
