Langside Community, White-
church , Wingharn and Lucknow
gathered at Langside Community
'Hall on Monday evening to hon-
our Mr. and Mrs. Russell Ritchie
who have moved from their farm
on the 4th Concession of Kinloss
and are noW living in Whirechtirch.
The evening was spent with prog-
ressive euchre. Prizes for the huh
lady went to Mrs. Wes. Tiffin anci,
high man to Eugene Conley. Low
lady was won by Mrs. Robert Hend-
erson and low man -by farish-bloff
at.
• After 'lunch Ted Collyer asked
Mr: and Mrs;Ritchie' to come to
the platform where an address of
good wishes was read by Mr5.:Ted;-
Collyer who also'reminisCed on •
some of the past events in their
neighbotirhbod; A set of end tables
and a coffee table were presented
by Bill Scott •and Ted Collyer.
Russell and Margaret both replied.
