6:30 a.m.. from November 1, to April 30 of any year.

out of, the. provisions of the Highway. Traffic. Act, or� the By -
Laws of the Municipality, upon, discovery of any vehicle park-
ed or left standing ; inn contravention of this Bylaw, ,may cause
it to be' moved or taken to, and placed or stored in a suitable
place and all costs and ,charges for removing,' care and stee-

retired United Church minister,
• died Monday at St. Joseph's,'
• Hospital. in London:: He retired
in 1956 after serving 40 years
in the,ministry. He served. the .
Ashfield Charge in the 1920s'
• and resided in the Harry. Lavis
residence in Lucknow which
was the parsonage at that time.
He is survived, by his wife,• the
former E. Maud 'Graham and a
son. Dr. George G. of London.
Another son Dr Donald R. Cop-
eland died in 1963.
